Who is responsible
SEDIO GLOBAL LLC, trading as Sedio, is responsible for the processing described on this page.
This policy covers the Sedio website, ordinary business communications, and limited business-to-business outreach.
Information processed when you visit
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error data.
This information is used to deliver the website, keep it secure, diagnose technical issues, and maintain reliable operation.
Information processed when you email Sedio
If you contact Sedio by email, Sedio may process your email address, name, company, message, attachments, and any product or business details you choose to include.
This information is used to review the inquiry, respond to you, discuss possible work, and keep ordinary business records.
Business-to-business outreach
For targeted business-to-business outreach, Sedio may process a business contact's name, job title, company, work email address, public source, product-fit notes, correspondence, and contact preferences.
Sedio obtains these details from public company websites and contact pages, professional business sources, or directly from the contact or their company. Sedio does not use sensitive personal information for outreach.
The information is used to assess business fit, make a limited and relevant introduction to Sedio's services, respond to questions, and record whether further contact is permitted.
Lawful basis and objections
Where applicable law permits it, Sedio relies on legitimate interests in developing relevant business relationships through proportionate business-to-business outreach. Sedio considers the contact's role, the source of the details, the relevance of the message, and the likely privacy impact before contact.
Where consent is required, Sedio sends outreach only with consent or another basis permitted by applicable law.
You may object to direct marketing at any time. Reply “unsubscribe” to an outreach email or contact info@sedio.me. Sedio will stop marketing to that address.
Service providers
Sedio uses Vercel for website hosting and Google Workspace for business email and documents.
Sedio also uses access-controlled customer relationship management and operational systems to manage business records, contact preferences, and project work.
These providers and systems process information only as needed to provide hosting, security, email, recordkeeping, and related business infrastructure.
Cookies and tracking
Sedio does not intentionally use marketing cookies, analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral tracking tools on this website or in its direct outreach emails.
Technical systems used to deliver the website and email may still use necessary technical mechanisms for security, routing, or performance.
Retention and suppression
Website logs, business communications, and prospect records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for security, business operations, legal recordkeeping, or proportionate business outreach.
When a contact opts out or objects, Sedio keeps the minimum information needed on a suppression list. The suppression record is used only to prevent future marketing and to document compliance.
International processing
Sedio is operated by a United States company and uses service providers that may process information in the United States and other countries.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of personal information about you.
You may object at any time to the use of your personal information for direct marketing. Sedio will honor that objection and retain only the minimum suppression record needed to prevent further marketing.
Contact
For privacy requests or marketing objections, contact Sedio at info@sedio.me.
